This is one of the most frequent questions we get asked.
Tickets are usually released a week in advance, so getting them any earlier is not generally possible. The Bentegodi very rarely (if ever) sells out, so it is usually always possible to get tickets on match day itself from official outlets (see below), except for the most in demand games.
Can I get tickets for the Curva Sud? How much do tickets cost?
Home fans can choose from three main areas of the stadium:
Curva Sud (South Terrace)
Poltrone Est (East Stand)
Poltrone Ovest (West Stand)
The Curva Sud is the cheapest option (approx. €18). It’s the liveliest part of the stadium with limited stewarding. It’s generally standing room only, so don’t expect to find your allocated seat.
The Poltrone Est is the stand opposite the dugout/tunnel. From here you can enjoy a decent atmosphere, easy access to bars and a decent view from your seat (even if it’s not the one indicated on your ticket). Ticket price is approx. €25.
The Poltrone Ovest is above the tunnel/dugout. It also houses the VIP and media seating. A ticket here will cost you around €35.
For under 14s, tickets usually cost between €3-€5.
Ticket prices vary depending on the fixture.
Where can I buy tickets for Hellas Verona? There are basically four official outlets for purchasing tickets for Hellas Verona:
1. HELLAS WEBSITE If you have a Tessera del Tifoso (see below), you can buy your ticket from the Hellas Verona website (www.hellasverona.it/it/biglietteria). Each cardholder can purchase up to 4 tickets.
2. HELLAS STORE Tickets are available from the Hellas Store in the city centre (via Cattaneo 2, near Piazza Brà). The shop is open from 10.30-19.30. You don't a Tessera but you will need photographic ID.
3. VIVATICKET Vivaticket (www.vivaticket.it) is the official ticket agent for Hellas Verona. You don't need a Tessera to purchase tickets from Vivaticket.
4. STADIUM TICKET OFFICE On match day itself, you can buy tickets from the ticket office located in car park A at the Bentegodi (the portacabins adjacent to Nilla Cafè). The stadium ticket office generally opens 3 hours before and is open until kickoff. There are usually queues on match day, so don’t leave it too late! You don't need the Tessera but you will need photographic ID.
Do I need ID to buy a ticket? YES! You can’t buy a ticket or access the stadium without photographic ID (such as a passport or ID card).
What is the Tessera del Tifoso? If you’re a regular visitor to the Bentegodi it might be worth investing in a Tessera del Tifoso. The Tessera del Tifoso is basically a fan identification card. It is not mandatory, but it is useful, especially if you are a frequent visitor. The Tessera costs €10 and is relatively simple to acquire. It allows you to buy tickets from the Hellas website and simplifies access to the stadium, as your ticket purchases are uploaded onto your Tessera, which you then scan at the turnstiles to enter the stadium. Even if you have a Tessera, you will still need additional photo ID to enter the stadium.
How can I get a Tessera del Tifoso? To obtain a Tessera you will need:
Take these documents to Biglietteria n.1 (located behind the Curva Sud and open 3 hours before kickoff on matchdays). It can take up to 5 days to process the Tessera, so it may not be available for use immediately.
Are there any other official ticket outlets for Hellas Verona? Tickets are also available from other official outlets in and around the city (including various licensed tobacco shops, newsagents and bars). A full list is available on the Hellas Verona website.
